How AIPAC solicits funds for candidates

The AIPAC political portal offers a place to conduct and support pro-Israel politicians. These politicians are then pushed to promote and work to realize Israel-first policies.

AIPAC and Polticial Campaign Spending

How AIPAC's giving works:

AIPAC PAC (its traditional PAC) gives directly to candidates (capped at the PAC limits) and also bundles/"earmarks" lots of individual donations that it forwards to candidates.

When donations are earmarked through AIPAC PAC, the candidate's reports have to show that they came via AIPAC—which signals the money is from pro-Israel donors in the AIPAC network.

AIPAC's affiliate super PAC United Democracy Project, "UDP":

What it is: A super PAC affiliated with AIPAC. It can't give to candidates, but it can raise and spend unlimited sums on independent expenditures (ads, mail, digital) supporting or opposing candidates.

How it spends: UDP's money goes to independent ads (TV, digital, mail) that promote allies or attack opponents; because these are independent expenditures, they're not subject to contribution caps (the cap applies to direct candidate donations).

UDP is one vehicle Israel-First Oligarchs use to prop up or destroy candidates, by funneling in unlimited amounts of money.
